With a giggle and a smile, my son referred to this as sticky paint. Its corn syrup + food coloring. Simple. As usual, the process was the most important part - pouring, squeezing, stirring, painting, tasting, etc. We painted on Transparency Paper (just FYI - it doesn't DRY) and held them up to the light from the window when we were done. If you paint on regular paper, it dries shiny. Very fun - and tasty - activity.

He poured it out :)

I had shelf paper down to protect the table, just in case.
